We had a fantastic experience with Water Works Pool & Spa! Aaron was absolutely incredible. Knowledgeable, professional, and super thorough in explaining the issues we were having with our hot tub. He took the time to walk us through everything in detail, made sure we understood the root cause, and then fixed it all quickly and efficiently. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the level of service and expertise provided. It’s rare to find someone who’s this good at both the technical side and customer care. Highly recommend Aaron and the entire WW Pool Service team!

I have used Aaron services for a few years now. He has open and closed the pool, replace the filter and just recently replaced the pump. We talked about repair or replace, both were on the table. He installed a new variable speed pump that was also premium quality. I have to say this was not a cheap operation but worth every penny! His work is top shelf and he has sold me all excellent products! That is exactly what I want, Thank you Aaron, I will recommend you whole heartedly!

Aaron has the experience and knowledge to identify the problem and fix it. We had a motor go bad on our hot tub, and Aaron was able to eliminate other possible causes quickly. Because he knew going in what the likely cause was, he brought along a motor for our brand to be prepared. Sure that’s smart and saves him another trip out with the part, but of course it allowed us to get our tub back up and running without additional delay.

We experienced a very small leak after the motor was installed, and I contacted Aaron about it. He came back out reasonably fast and diagnosed the likely cause and fixed it quickly. Because the leak began after his initial work, he did not charge us for the second trip. That’s fair, but we wouldn’t have known if he told us it was due to something else instead. In summary, Aaron is fair and honest, and he has solid knowledge and ability to get the job done right. We have no reason to call anyone else for all of our future needs.

Bought a new house with a hot tub and had no idea where to start. Yet after an informative session, the knowledgeable staff gave me a great overview on chemicals and upkeep. Highly recommend!!!

Aaron was amazing. He not only installed our new heater, he also opened our pool and spent an amazing amount of time to ensure my wife and I know more about our pool. Prior to the opening, we felt unsure and a little hesitant about what to do with our pool. We have never owned a pool before, but Aaron made us much more comfortable. Today, we almost feel like seasoned veterans thanks too Aaron.

Aaron from Water Works Pool & Spa Service has been an absolute delight to work with. Aaron is professional, efficient and knowledgable when it came to our indoor swimming pool and whirlpool spa. I'm the general manager of the Best Western East Towne Suites in Madison, WI and I can not say one bad thing about Aaron. I order all of my supplies from him now as he has provided me with great pricing for my chemicals and actually some items are cheaper than the "Big Supply" companies. Myself or my maintenance supervisor have called him out of the blue to ask questions and he always has an answer and an explanation as to what the best solution is for the specific project. Aaron did an amazingly great job at refinishing and painting our whirlpool at a timely fashion. I would suggest using WaterWorks for any of your swimming pool chemicals, repairs and maintenance. It is hard to find a company in Madison, WI that actually works on "Commercial Pools" and does such a great job at a reasonable price.
